It is a nonpartisan, secular organization that seeks to improve society by involving people at all levels. It was developed to encourage peaceful cooperation between various talents and vocations for the advancement of the disadvantaged groups in society. In order to improve the quality of life and bring about change within the society at all levels, it has emerged as a response to the challenge of exploited, unjust institutions and structures in society.
