WOMEN EMPOWERMENT
Women empowerment plays an important role in the development of the women’s daily life, community and our whole country. And that is particularly necessity today for basic rights like health, education, nutrition etc. but some women and girl are deprived of those common rights and such women’s who need to move forward who need to do something for themselves.so, our organization helps those women who don’t even know about their common rights which are necessary for their daily life. We make them aware of their rights and tell them about their rights that how much women empowerment is important for them.

Empowerment of women is important because many things are there like female feticide, discrimination of gender base, inequality, early marriages, domestic violence at their work place and some of other challenges women are facing in daily life that’s way women empowerment become a most important subject in today .we tell them why it is so important and what is needed ,we give all the information to those who know them so that we can help them

Right to equality’ has been given under (Articles 14-18)

Article 14:- Equality before law.
Article 15 :-There will be no discrimination on the basis of religion, race, caste, gender and place of birth etc.
Article 16:- Equality of opportunity in the matter of public employment.
Article 17:- untouchability has been abolished.
Article 18:-Abolition of all titles except military and academic
Equality is a basic human rights the constitution of India has provided the right to equality to all citizens .All are equal before the law and no discrimination can be done on the basis of religion, race, caste, sex, place of birth etc.

Our organization aim is raising awareness we want to make all the people aware about the human basic rights especially those women and girl who need salvation for their own improvement. And wants to do good, because they need to know that they can do whatever they want, they just need to know their skills so that they can improve their future.so that she can handle her situation, improve her situation and progress herself and help her to move forward.

It is our job that we can reach those people who are in need and help them. We help them their employment, we give them work to make them self-reliant and providing basic education, vocational training and advocacy education and other kind of help so that they can live independently. Our main motive is to bring women out of their backwardness socially and economically and make them self-dependent
We also solve societal issues like gender inequality in society, poverty, malnutrition, domestic violence etc.

Our effort is that we can improve the safety of girls and women as well as improve them And their rights make them move forward and make themselves a position in the society. Gender discrimination and poverty have increased a lot in today’s society and need to be resolved .to solve this ,we start from our surroundings so that we can help all those people who need to know about their rights and we make them aware of all these things.
Gender inequality in society
We have seen in all the cases that we have come across that (Under the Indian constitution “Article 15) Gender inequality is a widespread issue in India, affection the everyday lives of women and girls in various ways. whether it is of home or society and suffer from discrimination . Discrimination against women is prevalent everywhere in the world, she becomes a victim of inequality everywhere , which goes very wrong with them. Somewhere, while there are many reasons for gender inequality, which are some of the most common
Poverty
Equalizing policies for economic development social equality and poverty within gender equality is a challenge that can no longer be ignored. That’s why we need to deal with it and our organization helps such people who is in such condition.
The causes of poverty among women and girls seen in our organization cases include family and household structure , employment ,sexual violence, education and health . the traditional stereotype of women and girl is deeply embedded in many cultures, which limit income opportunities and community participation for many women , and prevents them from doing so .our organization help those we make them aware under the rights to equality that how they can Improve their conditions in spite of all these. We provide financial support to those who are in need of their improvement.
We are focus especially in securing the rights of women’s for getting them their rights so, that they can maintain themselves in the society and financially independent.

Our organization motive is teaching advocacy skills each and every women and girl so that they can raise their voice without any hindrance at every stages of life with their own rights.
We are becoming the lifeline of marginalized and vulnerable communities, giving people a reason to live. With the help of our group of people, we are serving in the different parts of India. Now a day we are thought about the women’s empowerment issue.

Women’s development is very important for their own improvement. They need to know the skills and get trained so that in future they don’t face any difficulty. Our organization work towards the removal of gender injustice, incorporating equality and respect for the human rights. It works for those urban women who are facing any sort of abuse and are poor. It helps them lead a dignified and independent life. We organize program include self-awareness, defense training, etc.
We help women to remove the gap between local realities and elected systems. We are also do research that helps them to understand the difficulties that a women faces in rural India. Our main aim to make women self-reliant and independent by giving them their fundamental rights and providing them with basic resources like sewing machine, teaching opportunities, etc.
Apart from providing financial help, this organization also provides healthcare, career counseling, vocational training referrals, shelter, child support facilities and employment too.
